REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUNDS 

  1. Products may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 60 days from date of purchase.

  2. In order for a return to be processed, the merchandise must be unused and returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid sales docket/invoice.

  3. The following items cannot be returned:

    • Underwear

    • Swimwear

    • Jewellery for pierced ears

  4. Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

  5. EFT refunds under R250 will be loaded as store credit / gift voucher unless otherwise indicated.

  6. In the event that you return goods, it will take up to 10 working days to process a refund and for it to reflect on your account.

  7. If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described, please contact us and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct product to you (assuming it is available) or refund you, depending on your preference.

  8. If you purchased the goods yourself you will receive a full refund. If they were a gift, you can exchange for goods of the same value at the same brand store or receive a credit note.

 

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website contact us will arrange a collection or you can return it at  any Victory Adventure Webstore within 30 days) for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.

We will exchange or refund a product provided that:

  • there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. Tax Invoice

  • it is within 6 months of the original purchase date;

  • it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e still intact and packaging and product not damage, product is unworn and unused and the online store's price ticket is attached.

  • Refunds and/or exchanges will be accepted at any Victory Adventure provided that the above requirements are satisfied.

  • All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.
